Do you want to hear from experts and local candidates about key issues of interests to Canada’s Faith Communities, such as Climate Change, Poverty, Immigration, Refugee and Migrant Rights?
Join Martin Luther University College and Citizens for Public Justic on April 8th at Mount Zion Lutheran Church for Faithful Election Conversations, an event focused on areas of importance for faith communities in the upcoming federal election.
You will hear policy analysis from local experts followed by responses from a panel of local candidates. The event will be moderated by Craig Norris, host of The Morning Edition – K-W on CBC Radio.

Provincial Elections:
- Provincial Election Day: June 2nd 2022
- First date to submit nominations: Nominations can be submitted anytime
- Last Day to submit nomination by email and such: May 3rd 2022
- Last day to submit nomination to local Returning Officer: May 12 2022
Municipal Elections:
- 1st date to submit candidacy: May 2nd 2022
- Last date to submit candidacy: August 19th 2022, 2pm (also last day to withdraw a candidacy)
- Candidates are certified: August 22nd
- Municipal Elections: Oct 24th 2022, 10am -8pm (subject to local rules)
