Let’s Talk Spring

If you are a youth newcomer between the age of 14 to 21, join a free program focused on career guidance this spring to get academic and career advice while making new friends!
The program is offered by Let’s Talk Youth KW and K-W Multicultural Centre and it will run from May 1st to June 19th.
Expect to earn volunteer hours and bus pass and snacks will be provided!
Program Dates
May 1st (Thursday) 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
May 7th (Wednesday) 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
May 15th – June 19th (Every Thursday) 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
At Kitchener Public Library – Main Branch (85 Queen St. N)
Important Dates to Remember
Provincial Elections:
- Provincial Election Day: June 2nd 2022
- First date to submit nominations: Nominations can be submitted anytime
- Last Day to submit nomination by email and such: May 3rd 2022
- Last day to submit nomination to local Returning Officer: May 12 2022
Municipal Elections:
- 1st date to submit candidacy: May 2nd 2022
- Last date to submit candidacy: August 19th 2022, 2pm (also last day to withdraw a candidacy)
- Candidates are certified: August 22nd
- Municipal Elections: Oct 24th 2022, 10am -8pm (subject to local rules)
