In this workshop, a diverse panel of experts will explore how racism and discrimination impact mental health, offering insights and strategies for healing, resilience and inclusion.

- A conversational, circle-style format where the speakers sit among the attendees, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
- Personal stories from each speaker, sharing their lived experiences with racism, mental health and resilience.
- A discussion on the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly in relation to mental health.
- Practical strategies for promoting mental health and well-being in the face of systemic racism and discrimination.

- Last Day to submit nomination by email and such: May 3rd 2022
- Last day to submit nomination to local Returning Officer: May 12 2022
Municipal Elections:
- 1st date to submit candidacy: May 2nd 2022
- Last date to submit candidacy: August 19th 2022, 2pm (also last day to withdraw a candidacy)
- Candidates are certified: August 22nd
- Municipal Elections: Oct 24th 2022, 10am -8pm (subject to local rules)
